About these terms

These terms govern your use of Revisio, an AI-powered GCSE revision platform operated by Education Software Systems Ltd (registered in the United Kingdom). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Where the user is under 18, an adult (parent, guardian or teacher) must subscribe on their behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Every student receives a 14-day free trial of the Circle tier. No card is required to begin the trial.
To continue beyond the trial, a parent or guardian subscribes via Stripe Checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Annual plans are billed monthly over a 12-month commitment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Revisio to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, attempt to access other users' accounts, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

AI-generated content

Some content on Revisio is generated or marked by AI. We take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, but AI output may occasionally be incorrect. Predicted grades and AI feedback are estimates, not guarantees.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of Revisio is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
